Job Description
The Branch Manager I (IFB Full-Fledged) will oversee branch operations, ensure business growth, manage staff, and maintain service excellence in Interest Free Banking services.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
- Manage daily branch operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations.
Business Growth
- Mobilize deposits and increase branch profitability.
- Promote IFB products and services within the community.
Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise branch staff.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching.
Qualification & Experience
- MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.
