Key Duties & Responsibilities

The General Manager will lead the organization across the following domains:

A. Strategic Planning & Corporate Direction

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plans.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market requirements.

B. Organizational Oversight & Coordination

• Lead and supervise all department heads.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency.

C. Financial Leadership

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure profitability through effective financial controls.

D. Production & Operational Management

• Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence principles.

E. Business Development & Stakeholder Relations

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and regulators.
• Lead company expansion and market growth initiatives.

F. Human Capital Development

• Promote leadership culture and organizational development.
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance systems.

G. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years in senior management within manufacturing (plastic industry is an advantage).
• At least 5 years in an executive leadership role (Manager, Director, etc.).
