Job Description
Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 of the National Bank of Ethiopia by 366 visionary individual shareholders and one share company.Grand MFI provides financial and non-financial services to economically active poor and “missing middle-income” residents in both urban and rural communities.
Customer Service Officer I
Required Qualification
- BA or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in a Microfinance Institution is preferred
