Job Description
Ambaye General Trading PLC is seeking a competent and motivated Human Resource Officer to manage and support HR functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Officer will contribute to creating an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support performance appraisal and training programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff
Assist in payroll and benefits administration
Participate in HR process improvement initiatives
Qualification & Experience:
Education: BA in Management or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in HR or administration
Required Skills:
Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
