Job Description
Zelalem Import & Export is looking for a Junior Biomedical Engineer to support the identification and preparation of medical equipment tenders. The position will assist with reviewing tender requirements, preparing technical and compliance documents, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring complete and timely tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and identify relevant medical equipment tender opportunities.
- Review tender requirements, technical specifications, and bid documents.
- Prepare and organize technical documents, specifications, catalogues, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing and submitting complete tender documents within deadlines.
- Ensure proposed medical equipment meets required technical specifications and standards.
- Prepare tender-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
