Project Manager – Building Construction - Atta Trading PLC

The successful candidate will oversee project planning and implementation while coordinating civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works. The position will be responsible for managing project time, cost, quality, resources, risks, contractors, and stakeholder coordination.

Important: Candidates whose experience is primarily in roads, bridges, highways, or other infrastructure projects will not be considered. Priority will be given to candidates with substantial experience in building and high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of building construction projects.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Manage project schedules, costs, quality, resources, and risks.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Handle contracts, variations, claims, payment certificates, and project correspondence.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in building construction is required.
• Substantial experience in high-rise building construction is highly preferred.
• Experience primarily focused on roads, bridges, highways, or other infrastructure projects will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building construction processes.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Strong understanding of project cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, and payment certificates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
