Senior Mechanic – Royal Candy and Chocolate Factory PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimize production interruptions.
• Inspect machinery regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment service reports.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement timely solutions.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Perform other mechanical maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• General Industrial Mechanics Level IV or Level V.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general machine maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Preventive maintenance planning.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
