Position Overview

DEBI Engineering is seeking qualified and motivated applicants for the Marketing Personnel position. Applicants should have relevant marketing or business qualifications, practical experience, and the ability to promote products and services and identify new market opportunities.

Qualification and Requirements

BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Competence in conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Ability to promote the company's products and services effectively.

Knowledge of social media management and digital advertising campaigns.

Creativity, initiative, and ability to identify new market opportunities.

Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
