Sales Representative – Nyala Motors Share Company

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities for passenger vehicles.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support, coach, and guide junior sales staff.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, local infrastructure developments, and policy changes.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
• Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in automotive sales is preferred.

Skills:

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
