Major Duties

• Monitor raw material, labor, and overhead costs in the production process
• Prepare and maintain cost sheets and cost accounting records
• Track inventory valuation and production expenses
• Conduct cost variance analysis and identify deviations from budget
• Analyze cost trends and provide recommendations for cost reduction
• Prepare periodic cost reports for management
• Assist management in setting standard costs and pricing strategies
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking
• Participate in internal and external audits related to cost accounting
• Identify operational risks related to cost management

Education & Experience

• BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing companies
• Experience with production cost analysis and budgeting

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management
• Excellent Excel and ERP system skills
• Strong analytical and reporting ability
• Ability to work with cross-departmental teams
• High attention to detail and financial accuracy
