• 🎓 BA in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 💼 2–4 years of experience in import

2. Senior Secretary

• 🎓 BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related field
• 💼 3–5 years of direct experience in an import or construction company

3. Accountant

• 🎓 BA in Accounting
• 💼 3–5 years of finance experience as a General Accountant

4. Procurement Officer – 2 Positions

• 🎓 BA in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ICT, or related field
• 💼 4 years of direct construction-company experience

5. Public Relations Officer

• 🎓 BA in Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• 💼 4+ years of experience
• 🎥 Video editing and photography experience is mandatory

6. Trainer & Examiner of Operator and Driver

• 🎓 BSc or above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 💼 Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a driver, heavy-equipment operator, and trainer/examiner

7. Senior Office Engineer – Real Estate

• 🎓 BA in Civil Engineering, Construction & Technology Management, or related field
• 💼 5–7 years of experience in a real estate construction company

8. Concrete Pump Operator & Driver

• 🎓 Grade 8 and above
• 🚘 Valid driver's license required
• 💼 6+ years of experience

9. Senior Office Engineer – Plant & Production

• 🎓 BA in Civil Engineering, Construction & Technology Management, or related field
• 💼 6–8 years of experience in plant, HCB, and tile production/construction

10. Project Secretary

• 🎓 BA in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related field
• 💼 6+ years of experience in a construction company

11. Senior Mechanic – 3 Positions

• 🎓 Level III or above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 💼 8+ years of experience

12. Senior Industrial Electrician – 2 Positions

• 🎓 Level III or above in Electricity or related field
• 💼 8+ years of experience in a construction company

13. Local Purchase Section Head

• 🎓 BA in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 💼 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of direct construction-industry experience

14. Insurance Division Head

• 🎓 BA in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 🎓 Law degree with insurance specialization is an advantage
• 💼 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in the construction industry

15. Senior Accountant

• 🎓 BA in Accounting
• 💼 10+ years of experience in a construction company

16. Building & Real Estate Department Manager

• 🎓 BA in Civil Engineering, Construction & Technology Management, or related field
• 💼 10+ years of experience at managerial level in real estate, including at least 5 years of direct real estate-company experience
