Qualifications :

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, hotel operations, or food service management
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Leadership and team management skills; ability to supervise and motivate staff
• Knowledge of customer service standards and ability to maintain high-quality guest experiences
• Understanding of inventory management, ordering, and cost control
• Experience with restaurant operations software or POS systems
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food industry
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with strong English communication skills
