Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Implementation

• Assist in developing and executing digital initiatives across departments.
• Identify and implement process automation and technological solutions.

Innovation Projects

• Support research and development of innovative solutions.
• Pilot and evaluate new tools, software, or platforms.

IT Support & Coordination

• Assist in managing digital infrastructure, including networks, software, and online platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues for digital tools and systems.

Reporting & Monitoring

• Monitor and report on digital project progress.
• Evaluate digital tools’ effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Innovation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital solutions, innovation, or technology support.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and basic programming knowledge.
