Job Description
Ethio Excellence Academy is a K–8 school located in Akaki Kality Sub-City, Addis Ababa. The academy is committed to providing holistic education through qualified teachers, modern learning facilities, well-equipped laboratories, libraries, and supportive academic and administrative environments.

1. Assistant Teachers – Primary & Kindergarten
Education
- Fresh graduates from any field of study are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to participate in a one-week training program organized by the academy on teaching methodologies and other relevant topics.
- Competent candidates will receive a contractual agreement after the training.
- All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Qualification
- Diploma/Certificate in Pre-Primary Teaching or a related field.

3. Teachers and School Leaders
General Requirements
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the relevant field.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT) is required for relevant teaching positions.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software.
- Young and energetic candidates are encouraged to apply.
Teaching Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for teaching positions.
Administrative Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience for administrative positions.

- Afaan Oromo Teacher: B.A. in Afaan Oromo Language
- Social Studies Teacher: B.A. in Geography/History + PGDT
- Citizenship Teacher: B.A. in Civic and Ethical Education + PGDT
- Moral Education Teacher: B.A. in Civic and Ethical Education
- General Science Teacher: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, or Biology + PGDT
- Career & Technical Education Teacher: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical field
- Information Technology Teacher: B.Sc. in Computer Science
Other Positions
- School Pedagogy Center Head: B.A. in Painting or related field
- Social Media & Media Coordinator: Degree in a relevant field with strong skills in design, content creation, branding, video editing, and creative photography
- School Administrators: M.A. in EDPM
- School Secretary: Diploma in Secretarial Science or related field
