Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Optimize capital allocation and investment portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience (9+ years if Master’s).
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
