Required Qualifications

1. Education & Portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong, professional portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, branding, and marketing design.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience (real estate, architecture, or luxury industry experience preferred).

2. Software & Technical Mastery

Candidate must be an expert in:

Adobe Creative Cloud:

• InDesign – brochures, reports, print layouts
• Illustrator – logos, vectors, brand identity
• Photoshop – image editing, compositing

3D / CAD Familiarity (Plus): Ability to work with architectural/3D assets.

Web/UX Knowledge (Plus): Understanding of web optimization and responsive design.

3. Core Design Skills

• Branding & Identity Development
• Print Design (CMYK, bleed, high-resolution standards)
• Digital Design (website banners, social media graphics, email templates)
• Strong Layout & Typography mastery
• High attention to detail

• Social media content supporting marketing campaigns

C. Corporate Materials

• Brand guidelines manual
• Business cards, letterheads, stationery
• Internal templates, forms & reports
