Job Description
The HR Officer responsible for supporting human resource functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures proper employee records management and assists in maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Educational Background
BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Support performance management systems
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Participate in HR policy development and implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Handle employee relations and grievance issues
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Ethiopian labor law
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
