Job Description

BlackFrog Trading PLC is seeking a practical and strategic Human Resources Manager who can work across departments, build strong HR systems, and drive measurable results. This role focuses on strategy, recruitment, training, performance management, and retention. Clerical and payroll-related tasks are handled by HR officers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Align HR strategy with overall business goals
  • Strengthen organizational structure, roles, and performance culture

2. Recruitment

  • Lead hiring for key positions
  • Build talent pipelines and standardize interview processes

3. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps across departments
  • Deliver practical training programs that improve performance and productivity

4. Retention & Culture

  • Reduce employee turnover through targeted solutions
  • Improve staff engagement, discipline, and accountability

5. HR Operations Oversight

  • Supervise HR officers handling administrative and payroll support
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and accurate reporting systems

6. Group-Level Growth

  • Standardize HR processes for implementation across sister companies
  • Develop unified job grading and performance management frameworks

Education Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior HR role
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training & development, and performance management
  • Experience working across multiple departments or group companies is an advantage
