Job Description
EREDA is seeking IT & Public Relations Officer manages EREDA’s IT systems, website, and digital platforms while leading public relations, communication, and digital media activities to strengthen the organization’s visibility and operational efficiency.
Employment Conditions:
- Contractual, one-year term (renewable)
- Salary & Benefits: Negotiable
- Ethical clearance and guarantor required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communication, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years in IT/digital systems and PR or communication roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain website, IT systems, and digital platforms
- Lead PR, communication, and digital media activities
- Provide IT support and basic technical troubleshooting
- Design presentations and manage digital content
Skills:
- Basic programming and troubleshooting
- Graphic editing, digital media, and presentation skills
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
