Junior Inside Sales Officer
Education: BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Experience: 0 years — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Coordinate with operations, product, and pricing teams for quotation preparation.
- Maintain sales records, quotation logs, and CRM systems.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and support sales conversion.
- Assist with bid and tender submissions.
- Provide professional customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports.
- Identify sales opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Analytical, quoting, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quotation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
