Manager, Information Technology – Abay Industrial Development S.C.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of ABAY's IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring that business strategies are supported by secure, agile, scalable, and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate corporate vision and business strategies into robust IT systems, processes, and protocols.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable and secure software and application solutions.
• Ensure IT systems and applications are aligned with business requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Lead IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
• Establish and strengthen information security measures to protect systems and data against potential risks.
• Develop, review, and implement IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Lead IT capacity-building and technology-related projects.
• Manage relationships and partnerships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Develop tailored technology solutions and maximize the return on IT investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop IT staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage IT-related budgets and resources effectively.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in one of the following fields:

• Software Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Management Information Systems
• Related fields

Experience:

• BA/BSc: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• MA/MSc: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• PhD: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
