Job Description

The Marketing Officer will play a key role in building and executing the company’s marketing activities. This includes developing strategies, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth. The role requires someone who can both plan and execute effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and gradual development of the marketing function
  • Develop practical marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Build and strengthen brand visibility for the company and its solutions
  • Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage marketing content (profiles, promotional materials, presentations, campaign messages)
  • Manage social media platforms and coordinate website content
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer targeting
  • Support lead generation and collaborate closely with sales teams
  • Help define marketing processes, reporting formats, and performance metrics
  • Organize events, product awareness sessions, and outreach activities

Job Requirements

Education

  • BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communication, or related field

Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Practical experience in both strategy and execution
  • Experience in technology/software or service marketing is an advantage

  • Strong content planning and campaign coordination skills

  • Ability to build marketing systems from the ground up
