Job Description
ZamZam Bank is seeking a Network Administrator I to support the Bank's network infrastructure and ensure reliable and secure connectivity across its IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and technical issues.
- Support configuration and maintenance of network devices.
- Assist with network security and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain network documentation and technical records.
- Support implementation of network-related projects and upgrades.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.
