Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Proposal Development

• Lead and support development of project concepts, proposals, and logical frameworks aligned with organizational strategy and donor requirements
• Conduct needs assessments, context analysis, and data reviews to inform project design
• Provide strong technical input for fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives
• Coordinate with program, finance, and technical teams to ensure coherent design and realistic budgeting
• Ensure proposals are results-based, measurable, and aligned with donor guidelines

MEAL & Project Performance Management

• Develop and implement MEAL frameworks, indicators, and tools
• Conduct monitoring visits and ensure data quality and verification
• Support baseline, midline, and end-line assessments
• Analyze and present project data to inform management decisions
• Strengthen accountability systems and community feedback mechanisms
• Contribute to donor reports and organizational learning processes
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based programming

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in project planning, proposal development, and MEAL within NGOs or development organizations
• Demonstrated experience in developing successful donor-funded project proposals
• Strong data collection, analysis, and report writing skills
• Experience with donor-funded projects is an advantage
• Strong computer proficiency, including data management and reporting tools
