Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory standards, and internal financial policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff.
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors to provide required documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic advice to management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Advanced accounting knowledge and financial analysis expertise.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BA in Accounting & Finance from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Construction, or similar sectors.
