Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and trial balances
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning
• Reconcile bank statements and conduct financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and support audits
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years experience in accounting or finance (preferably in merchandising or manufacturing companies)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience in online and manual tax declaration (E-tax)
• Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree, ERP systems)
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• High accuracy, analytical ability, and strong organizational skills
