Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation & Technical Leadership

• Lead the development of education strategies, policies, and project proposals
• Serve as the Education and EiE Sector Lead within the organization
• Organize and facilitate trainings, workshops, and community dialogues
• Ensure project activities integrate gender equality, disability inclusion, protection, and Do No Harm principles

2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning (MERL)

• Conduct regular field monitoring visits to ensure quality implementation
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports
• Document case studies, success stories, and lessons learned
• Maintain organized project documentation and training records

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy

• Lead advocacy and coordination with government bodies, donors, and education clusters
• Represent PAD in coordination forums and sector meetings
• Build strong relationships with community representatives and government partners

4. Team Supervision & Capacity Building

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to field staff
• Facilitate team meetings and technical reviews
• Strengthen staff capacity through Training of Trainers (ToT) approaches

5. Compliance & Accountability

• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Uphold ethical standards including safeguarding and data protection

Required Qualifications

Education

Master’s Degree in Education or a related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO project coordination, particularly in Education and Education in Emergencies (EiE) programs

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management and education programming
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills
