Senior Multimedia Content Creator – Transsion Manufacturing PLC

The successful candidate will be responsible for photography, videography, graphic design, video production, social media content creation, and visual storytelling while ensuring consistency with Transsion's brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site photo and video shoots, including product content, customer interviews, and event coverage.
• Plan and execute video projects from concept development and scripting through filming and final editing.
• Produce short promotional videos, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and event content.
• Interview customers to capture authentic stories, experiences, and insights.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, print materials, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for products, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting.
• Ensure all visual and multimedia content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, marketing team, and product and technology teams to transform ideas into compelling visual content.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production when required.
• Work closely with designers from headquarters to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design styles, creative tools, and multimedia technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong communication skills.
• English is required; Amharic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Good photography and video shooting skills.
• Strong understanding of design, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to utilize AI tools in content creation.
• Ability to work on-site when required for shoots, interviews, roadshows, and events.
