Senior Production Manager (Chemical Manufacturing) – Clean Hub Impex Trading PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete manufacturing process from raw material receiving through finished product dispatch.
• Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for cleaning and hygiene products.
• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficient production workflows.
• Supervise raw material inspection, batching, mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, and warehousing activities.
• Establish and maintain effective Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
• Ensure production processes comply with GMP, occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
  • Chemistry
  • Industrial Chemistry
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in chemical manufacturing and production management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, production planning, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of QC, QA, GMP, safety, and environmental requirements.
