Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Promote apartments and commercial properties through networking, referrals, social media, and field prospecting.
Present properties and guide customers throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up with potential buyers and negotiate sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
