Job Description
The Senior Spare Parts & Inventory Officer is responsible for managing inventory control systems, ensuring availability of spare parts for ATM maintenance, and minimizing stock losses or shortages.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc./BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Postgraduate certification in Inventory or Asset Management is advantageous
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience for BSc/BA holders
- Minimum 2 years for MSc holders
- Experience managing high-value technical spare parts (ATM, IT equipment)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using automated systems
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment processes
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive electronic components
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to forecast spare parts demand
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and slow-moving items
- Prepare regular inventory status reports for management
- Ensure compliance with asset control policies
