Educational Qualification

• B.Sc./BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
• Postgraduate certification in Inventory or Asset Management is advantageous

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience for BSc/BA holders
• Minimum 2 years for MSc holders
• Experience managing high-value technical spare parts (ATM, IT equipment)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using automated systems
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment processes
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations
• Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive electronic components
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to forecast spare parts demand
• Analyze inventory turnover rates and slow-moving items
• Prepare regular inventory status reports for management
• Ensure compliance with asset control policies
