Showroom Sales Person – Classical Village PLC

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable furniture products, closing sales, following up on orders, and contributing to the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture styles and designs.
• Provide customers with clear information about product materials, prices, and warranties.
• Close sales and accurately process invoices and payment records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom environment.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and delivery status.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of Grade 12, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any other field of study.
• Previous experience in retail or direct sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, honest, customer-focused, and target-driven.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales-oriented environment.
