Job Description
Job SummaryB & B Engineering PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer for a 2B+G+13 building construction project in Addis Ababa. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate site teams and stakeholders, monitor quality and progress, and ensure construction is completed according to approved designs, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress and maintain required quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare regular site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Support timely completion of project activities according to schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
💼 Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.
