• Must possess and maintain a valid nursing license or current unrestricted Registered Nursing license from the host nation, the U.S., or a third country.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience as a professional nurse within the last 10 years.

Language Requirements

• Good working knowledge of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Fluent Amharic in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Language skills may be tested.

• Completion of appropriate postgraduate internship, residency, or fellowship.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience after postgraduate training in:
  • Family Medicine
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Internal Medicine
• At least 50% of the provider's time during this period must have involved direct patient care.
