Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Oromifa (verbal and written)
- Strong computer skills (CRM, tracking software, MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Track and monitor shipments in real time
- Resolve customer complaints and logistical issues
- Maintain and update customer records
