Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in a related field

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Oromifa (verbal and written)
• Strong computer skills (CRM, tracking software, MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries
• Track and monitor shipments in real time
• Resolve customer complaints and logistical issues
• Maintain and update customer records
