Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor rural infrastructure construction projects
• Support trail bridge and rural road design, construction, and supervision
• Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation
• Conduct field visits and monitor project progress
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian road sector standards

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Public Works Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in infrastructure or rural road projects
• Experience in trail bridge construction and rural infrastructure development
• Experience working with INGOs or donor-funded projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, GIS, and Microsoft Office
• Strong technical, reporting, and communication skills
• Fluency in English and local language of the duty region is required
