Educational Qualification:

BSc degree in Engineering (Building Construction / Construction Technology & Management)

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of proven and relevant experience in real estate sales
• Knowledge of property development, sales procedures, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to prepare proposals, contracts, and reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties on behalf of the company
• Liaise with clients, architects, and construction teams
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
• Provide market analysis and identify potential buyers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
