Job Description
Belsty Trading PLC invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position. Promotes and sells real estate properties, liaises with clients and construction teams, prepares proposals and contracts, and maintains records of sales activities.
Educational Qualification:
BSc degree in Engineering (Building Construction / Construction Technology & Management)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of proven and relevant experience in real estate sales
- Knowledge of property development, sales procedures, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare proposals, contracts, and reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate properties on behalf of the company
- Liaise with clients, architects, and construction teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
- Provide market analysis and identify potential buyers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
