Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Master’s Degree (MIS or MSc in Engineering Management) is an advantage

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance
• Proven experience with major ATM brands such as NCR, GRG, or similar
• Experience working in structured workshop environments

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software faults in ATM machines
• Perform advanced repair and calibration procedures
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure repair turnaround time meets service standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
• Support ATM installation and upgrade projects
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Core Competencies

• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong knowledge of ATM systems and electronic circuitry
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
