Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with relevant experience

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience (BSc holders)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience for diploma holders
• Experience in ATM maintenance or electronic equipment servicing

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software faults in ATM machines
• Perform advanced repair and calibration procedures
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure repair turnaround time meets service standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
• Support ATM installation and upgrade projects
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Core Competencies

• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong knowledge of ATM systems and electronic circuitry
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
