Job Description

Eternal Media and Promotion PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the company’s human resource functions. The position is responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, compliance with labor laws, accurate employee records management, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process accurate and timely employee and organizational information
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in line with company policies
  • Support workforce planning, staffing, and recruitment coordination activities
  • Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, deployment, and internal employee movements
  • Work closely with management, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth HR workflows
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards
  • Handle employee inquiries professionally and support resolution of workplace issues
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, forecasts, and workforce analytics for management decision-making
  • Promote a positive work environment and support performance management initiatives

Qualification & Experience

Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
  • Maximum of 5 years relevant work experience
